The show follows the story of Kim Sa Bu (Boo Young Ju), a talented and experienced surgeon who returns to work at a hospital after a mysterious absence and takes two young doctors, Seo Woo Jin (Ahn Hyo Seop) and Cha Eun Jae (Lee Sung Kyung), under his wing to teach them the ways of medicine and life.
