Aamir Khan, who resides in Mumbai, is reportedly planning to shift his base to Chennai for the next two months. The reason for the same is more personal than professional.
According to a report in India Today, the actor's mother is ill and is currently under the care of a private medical facility in Chennai. As Aamir is quite close to his mother, he is planning to relocate to Chennai for the next two months so that he can be close to her at this crucial time.
The report also added that Aamir has planned to stay at a hotel close to his mom’s treatment centre so that he can be around her whenever required.

Rajkumar Santoshi and will star Sunny Deol in the lead role. The actor will also be producing the official Hindi remake of Spanish film 'Campeones'.
Aamir Khan has now announced his next project. In an interview with News18, Aamir said, “I have not spoken about it publicly and I won't be able to say much now also. But I can tell the title. The title of the film is 'Sitare Zameen Par'. You must have remembered my film 'Taare Zameen Par' and the name of this film is 'Sitare Zameen Par' because we are moving 10 steps ahead with the same theme. 'Taare Zameen Par' was an emotional film. This film will make you laugh. That film made you cry, this one will entertain you."
Apart from this, Aamir will also be reuniting with Santoshi for an untitled project. Details about the same are yet to be revealed.
