'Adolescence' stands at the most-watched series

The UK limited series starring Owen Cooper, ‘Adolescence,’ has emerged as the second most-watched English-language series ever, surpassing the beloved ‘Stranger Things’ season 4 at the dawn of the upcoming season.

Leading the chart with fierce force, and the fan edits that resurface quite often on social media, is none other than Jenna Ortega’s ‘Wednesday’ with 252.1 million views. Meanwhile, a clip of the first 6 minutes of season 2 of ‘Wednesday’ at Netflix’s Tudum event, and announced the addition of Lady Gaga to the series. In the 4th rank, the true-crime drama starring Evan Peters, ‘DAHMER: Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story’ hails the position with 115.6 million views. ‘Bridgerton’ season 1 charts on 5th rank with 113.3 million views. Following the top 5, the limited series ‘Queen’s Gambit’ holds the position of the 6th most-watched series in 91 days with 112.8 views.

In the 7th rank is the season 3 of ‘Bridgerton’ with 106 million views, and ‘The Night Agent’ holds the following position with 98.2 million views. The last two places are held by ‘Fool Me Once’ and season 3 of ‘Stranger Things’ with 98.2 million and 94.8 million, respectively.
