In an exclusive chat with Bollywood Bubble, Aparshakti addressed a misinterpreted statement that led to controversy over his credits in Stree 2.

When asked about the misinterpretation of his statements, the Stree 2 actor explained that his intentions were misunderstood and that he aimed to include everyone.

He found it amusing that the narrative turned out differently. He expressed reluctance to delve deeper into the issue, revealing it has caused him significant emotional distress and sleepless nights. He acknowledged discussing the matter with Rahul Bose and never anticipated being blamed for it.

He added that those who know him understand his deep commitment to his team and everyone involved in a project, from co-actors to crew members, including those from the production team. He emphasized his willingness to go to great lengths for all these individuals and preferred not to explore the issue further.
Criticizing the media for perpetuating the issue, Rahul mentioned that if Aparshakti had something to say, he would address it directly to his millions of followers. Aparshakti responded by affirming that he had opted not to comment further on the matter.

In a post-release interview for Stree 2, Aparshakti addressed the issue of credit for the film’s success. He described it as a PR tactic and expressed a desire to hear the audience's genuine opinions. He emphasized his deep affection for all the actors in the film and his strong connection with them, preferring not to delve further into the credit discussion.
