's home in Pune to serve him a notice regarding a case related to his YouTube reality show India’s Got Latent.
In a video shared by ANI, the Crime Branch team is seen inspecting the area around Samay Raina’s building and taking pictures of his residence.

The case, filed in Guwahati on Monday, accuses the show of promoting obscenity, causing public outrage after controversial comments by YouTuber

, also known as 'Beer Biceps'.

Ranveer Allahbadia's comments about parents and sex on the show triggered complaints, leading to legal action against him, Samay Raina, Ashish Chanchlani, Jaspreet Singh, and Apoorva Makhija. Assam Police have summoned Allahbadia and Chanchlani, while summons for Raina and the others are still pending.

Officials stated that Assam Police's cyber division has been stationed in Mumbai, where they’ve served notices to Ranveer Allahbadia and Ashish Chanchlani. They are now in Pune to summon Samay Raina at his Balewadi residence. Meanwhile,

Maharashtra Cyber

and Mumbai Police are also investigating the case.

Samay Raina has been asked to appear before Mumbai Police on February 17, but he is currently in the US for his shows and has requested more time. Maharashtra Cyber also summoned him for questioning on February 18. Meanwhile, Ranveer Allahbadia missed his summons, and officials plan to call him again.
Maharashtra Cyber has summoned at least 50 individuals for statements, including show participants. On Thursday, actor and television personality Raghu Ram, who served as a judge on India’s Got Latent, recorded his statement with the agency.
