Kapoor has made her name in Bollywood with her formidable performances. The actor, who is still going strong, recently opened up on why women, who earlier got married into the Kapoor family never worked or stopped working in the movies after getting married.
Talking to Mid-Day, Kareena said that maybe the women who got married in the 60s in the Kapoor family never really worked in films, maybe it was their choice also.
She added that her father Randhir Kapoor on the other hand, was very, very, cosmopolitan.
Regarding sister Karisma's foray into movies, Kareena said that her father was always like, ‘I don’t know, I can’t do anything. She has to find her own debut, find her own way, and you know, figure it out herself if that’s what she wants.'
Talking about Kareena, her character Poo from 2001 hit 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham' remains one of her most iconic till date. Now, Bebo is back as Poo in a new ad which sounds similar to her nickname in real life.
For the new ad, Kareena is seen walking with her two friends following her as she checks out one hotel room after another and gives ratings to each one.
