Big shares a heartfelt post-birthday note

Amitabh Bachchan, who celebrated his 81st birthday on October 11, penned a heartfelt post on Instagram where he expressed his 'unending gratitude' for all the love and blessings that he received from his fans and well-wishers.

he captioned the post, 'This love and affection it beyond any effort to repay it .. blessed and filled with unending gratitude'.

As soon as he shared the post, 'Happy Birthday Awaz ke Raja Height ke Badshah Acting ke Shanshah', another one added, 'Happy birthday sir amithabachan wishing you success in your life.' A fan also commented, 'The Adulation goes beyond words'.
Bachchan kick-started his birthday with a special meet and greet with his fans who gathered outside his house 'Jalsa'. One saw the girls of the Bachchan family - Aishwarya Rai Bachchan with Navya Nandaand Aaradhya proudly taking videos during the meet and greet.

Meanwhile, Aishwarya had video-called Abhishek who is travelling and not in the city. He's shooting for Shoojit Sircar's next at the moment.

While most celebs showered wishes for Big B on social media, later in the day, Abhishek also displayed love on the medium for his father. He shared an unseen picture with him and wrote, "My idol, my hero, my inspiration and my best friend! Happy 81st birthday, Pa.Love you and always got your back."
Meanwhile, on the work front, Big B will next be seen in 'Ganapath Part One' with

Tiger Shroff

and Kriti Sanon in lead roles. Apart from this, Amitabh also has Nag Ashwin's 'Kalki 2898 AD' with Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani and Kamal Haasan in lead roles.
