‘Dhurandhar’ teaser release on Ranveer's birthday

The much-awaited first look teaser Aditya Dhar’s upcoming film, Dhurandhar is reportedly set for an early July release. According to the latest reports the makers have picked July 6, 2025 as the date for the big reveal. Interestingly, it coincides with lead actor Ranveer Singh’s birthday.The film boasts an ensemble cast also starring Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, and R Madhavan. The film has been generating considerable buzz thanks to a series of photos and videos that leaked online from the film sets.According to a report by Pinkvilla, the teaser will offer a first glimpse into the high-stakes world of the thriller. The teaser is also expected to give fans glimpses of the star-studded cast in their larger-than-life avatars, setting the tone for a gritty and patriotic narrative.The film is described as a spy thriller inspired by real-life events and set during the 1970s and 1980s in Pakistan. This is said to be around the time that India’s National Security Advisor, Ajit Doval worked undercover as a spy. The story promises a gripping blend of realism, political intrigue, and cinematic spectacle.With the teaser just weeks away from its release, the makers have reportedly completed filming nearly 75% of the shoot with production expected to wrap by September 2025. Although an official release date is yet to be announced, the team is said to be targeting a theatrical release between January and March 2026.After completing work on the project, Ranveer is tipped to move on to film 'Don 3' which is also in the works.
