Sora's agency, PLUM A&C, revealed that the

actress

and her husband are expecting their second child. The agency announced, "Kang Sora is pregnant with her second child and is expected to give birth around the year's end." This delightful development comes after Kang Sora's marriage to her non-celebrity husband in 2020, which was followed by the birth of their first child the following year.

Kang So-Ra made her comeback to the small screen after six years with ENA's latest romantic comedy series, ‘

Strangers Again

’, following her last TV appearance in ‘Revolutionary Love’ back in 2017. The series centres around Oh Ha-Ra (played by Kang), a successful celebrity lawyer specializing in divorce cases. Having experienced a divorce herself with another lawyer, Ku Eun-beom (portrayed by Jang Seung-jo), she's eager to embark on a new romance. However, her luck takes a twist when her ex-husband unexpectedly becomes her colleague at the law firm where she works. ‘Strangers Again’ was directed by Kim Yang-hee, known for co-directing the popular tvN series ‘Our Blues’ and is scripted by newcomer Park Sa-Rang.
Kang Sora is also known for playing the role of Oh Soo-hyun in 2014 series Doctor Stranger. In 2018, the actress played a pivotal cameo in hit series 'The Beauty Inside'. She essayed the role of a cardiothoracic surgeon and her character of Oh Soo-hyun was positioned as the daughter of the chairman of Myungwoo Hospital in the narrative. Doctor Stranger also featured Lee Jong-suk, Jin Se-yeon and Park Hae-jin in lead roles.
