Hallyu has been gripping fans across borders and OTT platforms have played an instrumental role in bridging the gap between viewers and K-Dramas. Over the years, numerous entertainers have been released and we’ve a list of Korean dramas that have achieved cult status with their evergreen narratives. Here are five EPIC K-dramas that must be on your binge watch list and if you have already enjoyed them, then they deserve a re-watch!

Son Ye-jin and Hyun Bin presented the most engaging narrative with Crash Landing on You, a tale that crossed borders. A successful South Korean businesswoman and chaebol heiress from South Korea crash-lands in North Korean and crosses paths with an army captain and son of the Director of the GPB in the Korean People's Army. This love saga continues to own top spots across viewership charts and has earned a special spot in the heart of Hallyu fans.

Two acting greats, Gong Yoo and Lee Dong-wook’s bromance in this fantasy drama left fans in splits. Kim Go-eun, Yoo In-na, and Yook Sung-jae aptly supported the leads in Guardian: The Lonely And Great God. Beyond its presence in South Korea, this drama achieved much acclaim with its OTT release.

Song Joong-ki charmed as the titular character in this Korean drama, which released in 2021. Episodes were streamed on OTT after they were aired in Korea and the gripping mafia narrative soon caught up with fans worldwide. This series also starred Jeon Yeo-been, Ok Taec-yeon, Kim Yeo-jin, and Kwak Dong-yeon in pivotal parts.

Park Seo-joon and Park Min-young dished out couple goals with their mushy chemistry in this office romance drama. It is based on a novel by the same name, which was adapted in a webtoon. This drama aired in 2018 and wowed fans worldwide with its digital streaming.

Park Eun-bin delivered the most path-breaking performance as South Korea’s first attorney with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Each episode presented a challenging case with an undertone of romance dished out by Park Eun-bin's colleague, played by the charming Jun-ho, essayed by Kang Tae-oh. Thanks to its immense popularity, this series has won an Emmy nomination and buzz is that a second part is in the offing!
