Ranbir Kapoor and

Ananya Panday

have set the internet on fire with their crackling chemistry in their new ad for a clothing brand.
Palying the much-in-love couple, the ad features the two shopping for the perfect wedding attire. To switch things up a bit, this time around, it is the groom RK who tries out the different sherwanis to woo his bride-to-be.
In between the cute ramp walks, Ranbir and Ananya sparked off quite the chemistry that has left fans wanting more.

"They look lovely together! Cast them in a movie," wrote a fan in the comments section.
"Why do they look so good together?" asked another.

"They both have sizzling hot chemistry," another said in agreement, while a fan teased Ananya's rumoured beau

Aditya Roy Kapur

saying, "Bhai @adityaroykapur thik ho?"
Another even suggested that fans should stop asking filmmakers to cast Ananya with her rumoured beau Aditya, and choose to cast her with Ranbir instead. "Move over Adi, cast them in a film ASAP," read a comment.
These reactions seemingly hint at the internet warming up to the pair after they were criticised last year for their 17-year age gap. When the two were paired up for an ad last year, many slammed the makers for casting the 40-year-old actor with 23-year-old. "If a 40-year-old woman romances a 23-year-old Boy (in an ad/a Movie), then our society criticizes/makes fun of that very badly, but in terms of men, there is no problem,"read a comment.

While there is no new reports to indicate that Ananya and Ranbir are teaming up for a film project, the actress did express her desire to work with Aditya if the right script came along. The couple have been trying hard to keep their romance out of the media, but have been spotted by fans on romantic holidays in India and around the world.
Ranbir will next be seen on the big screen in 'Animal' which is set for a December 1 release. Ananya, on the other hand, will make her OTT debut in the series 'Call Me Bae'.
