​Florida sees snow from the historic winter storm, netizens share breathtaking glimpses

Florida has been hit by record-breaking snowfall as a historic winter storm sweeps through the Deep South and Gulf Coast.
The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a warning on Wednesday, Jan. 22, about the possibility of 'dangerously cold temperatures' for large parts of the South and eastern U.S. In a statement, the NWS Weather Prediction Center said that the 'potentially historic' storm is expected to bring sub-freezing temperatures that will persist throughout the week.
The Sunshine State has transformed into a winter wonderland with the rare snowfall, and despite the extreme weather.
An X user shared pictures and videos of them enjoying the snow and wrote, "We've reached legendary snow status here in Gulf Island National Seashore I'm Pensacola Beach, Florida #flwx."

One user shared a video of using a torch to clear the snow in the driveway and said, "Shoveling snow from your driveway, Florida style."
