Friday the 13th 'Part VII: The New Blood', has passed away at the age of 63. Her death was announced by her acting studio, Actors Audition Studios, earlier this week. The cause of death has not been revealed.
In a heartfelt statement shared by the studio, it was mentioned that Park-Lincoln died on April 22, 2025. She was described as not only a talented actress but also a dedicated coach and mentor for young actors. The studio praised her 45-year career in entertainment, calling her an inspiring figure who made a lasting impression in Hollywood and beyond.
Born in Dallas, Texas, Lar Park-Lincoln began her acting journey with the 1985 TV movie Children of the Night. She found wider recognition in 1987 when she joined the popular soap opera Knots Landing, where she portrayed Linda Fairgate. She first appeared in the show’s ninth season and later returned for an expanded role between 1989 and 1991.

Alongside her work in television, she also acted in a number of well-known horror and thriller films. In 1988, she starred as Tina Shepard in

: The New Blood, playing the role of a telekinetic young woman in one of the franchise’s most memorable entries. Her film credits also include House II: The Second Story (1987), Fatal Charm (1990), and From the Dark (2009).
Park-Lincoln also appeared in several other popular TV shows, including Freddy’s Nightmares, Murder, She Wrote, and Beverly Hills, 90210. Beyond her acting work, she focused on coaching upcoming actors and ran her own training studio. She also wrote a book titled Get Started, Not Scammed, which aimed to help aspiring actors avoid industry pitfalls.
In recognition of her work in the entertainment world, she received the Bronze Halo Award, an honor given for her positive contributions to the industry.
She leaves behind a loving family, including her daughter Piper, son Trevor, sister Karen, brother Michael, four grandchildren, and her poodle Charlie. Her family has requested that, instead of flowers, donations be made to either The
