On August 27, the 22-year-old
Tennessee
native shared on X and Instagram that she has fulfilled a lifelong dream of running her own
animal foundation
.
"My animal foundation is finally up and running!
Paws Across America
is here!!" Welch announced.
"After my life changed so publicly, I knew there was a purpose behind it all. My pets were a constant source of comfort growing up, and they helped me through so much," she added.
"With Paws Across America, I want to use my financial blessings to help animals in need," she said. "The first place I visited was my hometown in Tennessee. Now go adopt some doggies!"
Welch expressed her excitement about launching the Paws Across America fund, stating that its mission is to support animal charities across the US through awareness, advocacy, and financial assistance.

to gather supplies such as leashes, collars, and dog food, which she later donated to the
