Reportedly, Sunny tied the knot with Pooja in 1983 around the release of his debut film 'Betab', in which he was paired opposite

According to media reports, the actor chose to keep his marriage a secret for many years. Interestingly, Sunny was linked with Amrita during the shooting of 'Betab'. Later that year, a magazine reportedly leaked pictures of his secret wedding with Pooja Deol, but he had denied being married to anyone at the time.
Sunny Deol had also sparked dating rumors with Dimple Kapadia. They both worked together in a few movies namely 'Manzil Manzil', 'Arjun', 'Narsimha', and 'Aag Ka Gola'. The two never publicly admitted their relationship.

Reportedly, Pooja Deol belongs to a royal British family, and even after marrying, she continued residing in London. 1990 the couple was blessed with their first child, Karan Deol. They have another son named Rajveer Deol. Pooja’s real name is Lynda. She is half Indian and half British.
Earlier this year, Sunny and Pooja’s son Karan got married to his longtime girlfriend, Drisha Acharya. The Deols also hosted a grand wedding reception in Mumbai, which was attended by almost all the big stars in the Bollywood industry.
