Honor launched the Magic7 Pro in October and released it in November, and today we already have the first rumor talking about its successor, the Magic8 Pro, straight out of China. We already heard that the non-Pro Magic8 would shrink in size compared to the Magic7 last month.
The Magic8 Pro is said to use Qualcomm's upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 SoC (or whatever else it ends up being called), as well as a triple rear camera system: 50 MP main, 50 MP ultrawide, 200 MP periscope telephoto.

On paper that's the same setup as last year, but the main camera should be improved - though it's unclear if there are going to be any hardware changes, since it has the same 1/1.3" type size sensor as the Magic7 Pro. Regardless, expect the Magic8 Pro to feature "smooth frame transition", "super frame synthesis", improved focusing speed, optimized dynamic range, and overall the camera will also consume less power.
Those are all the details outed so far, but undoubtedly we're going to hear more and more rumors about the Honor Magic8 Pro as we get closer to its unveiling which will probably take place in October.
