Step 2: Clean the rice properly

Now, let it simmer and wait till the rice softens. It should take around 25-30 minutes and slowly now start the stirring process preventing the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Step 5: Blend in and form a smooth paste
Once it is done, take a food processor or blender, mix all the ingredients, and create a smooth paste.

Step 6: Take a keen look
If the paste looks too thick then add a little water or milk to achieve the desired consistency before you apply. Do not make the paste too thin or too thick.
Step 7: Drop in the honey
Mixing 1 tablespoon of honey as it is a natural humectant means it would draw moisture and seep into the skin, making your skin soft and supple.
Bottom line
Blend in the honey well, and store this homemade rice mask in a tightly sealed container and keep it in the fridge.
