Furness, filed for divorce in New York on Tuesday, May 27, nearly two years after the couple parted ways in September 2023, pulling the plug on their 27 years of marriage.According to The Daily Mail, both Jackman and Furness have reached an agreement on the division of their assets, which includes a reported $387 million fortune. Court documents describe the filing as uncontested, meaning no disputes remain over the settlement and only judicial approval is needed to finalise the divorce.In a statement following the filing, the producer addressed the emotional toll that the split had on her. She said to People, “My heart and compassion goes out to everyone who has traversed the traumatic journey of betrayal. It’s a profound wound that cuts deep.” Furness also opened up about the personal growth the shocking divorce has brought her over the past months. Jackman, on the other hand, has stayed mum about his split. However, viral photos on social media saw the actor seemingly moving on with his Music Man co-star Sutton Foster. The new couple was spotted walking around hand-in-hand and even sharing a kiss on a date night. Jackman shares two children — Oscar and Ava — with Deborra.

Foster shares a child with her ex-husband, screenwriter Ted Griffin, who she parted ways with in October 2024.
