The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has officially released the rechecking results for the ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) examinations for 2025.
Students who had applied for rechecking of their answer scripts following the announcement of the main results on April 30, 2025, can now view their updated marks on the official CISCE websites — cisce.org and recheckresults.cisce.org.The rechecking process allows students to ensure that all answers were evaluated and that the total marks were correctly calculated. In addition, CISCE will open the re-evaluation window May 28 onwards, which allows for a more thorough re-examination of answer scripts.
How to Check ICSE, ISC Rechecking Results 2025
Follow these steps to view your rechecking results:
- Go to cisce.org or the direct results portal: recheckresults.cisce.org.
- Look for the "Recheck Results" tab on the homepage.
- Provide your Unique ID (or Candidate Number) and Index Number as mentioned on your admit card.
- Click "Submit" to see your updated marks after rechecking.
- Take a printout or save a digital copy for future reference.
ICSE, ISC re-evaluation fee and process
To apply for re-evaluation, candidates must log in to the CISCE portal and fill out the application form available under the “Re-evaluation” section. A fee of ₹1000 per subject is applicable, which must be paid online at the time of application. Only candidates who had previously applied for rechecking are eligible for this re-evaluation process. Once submitted, requests for re-evaluation cannot be withdrawn or modified, and the results declared post-review will be final.
Re-evaluation Application Deadline
Students who remain unsatisfied with their rechecking results can opt for a full re-evaluation of their answer scripts. The application window for re-evaluation will remain open from May 28 to May 30, 2025.For more information and updates, students are advised to regularly check the official CISCE website.
