IGI Aviation Services recruitment 2025: Selection process
Selection process for the recruitment drive includes 2-3 rounds as explained here:
- Written examination: All candidates must appear for a written test that assesses general awareness, reasoning, English (for Ground Staff), and aviation knowledge.
- Interview:
For Airport Ground Staff: Candidates who pass the written test will be called for a personal interview.
For Airport Loaders: No interview will be conducted; selection will be based solely on the written exam.
- Final selection: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the written exam (70% weightage) and the interview (30% weightage) for Ground Staff positions. Successful candidates will undergo a character antecedent verification and medical test before final selection.
