It has already happened.”But when the host asked if he had to make any sacrifices to get where he is today, Karan opened up about the one area in his life that feels incomplete: love.“Maybe I would have loved to have had a personal life. I don’t have one. I wish I could be in a relationship. I’m not in a relationship,” he revealed. “It’s tough to trust easily. That’s one thing I regret in my life. The slightly empty, unfulfilled area is not being in a relationship.”

In a lighter moment, Johar was asked why, despite having Rahul as the name of the male lead in his early films, he didn't keep the name for himself. Karan clarified that it wasn’t his choice to begin with.“My birth name was
