in Mumbai's upscale Juhu area for Rs 4.5 lakh per month, reflecting the ongoing strength of the real estate market. The deal was registered with a stamp duty of Rs 42,500, according to a report by

The property, located in

Siddhi Vinayak Presidency Co-operative Housing

, spans 1,912 sq. ft. (177.72 sq. m). Kartik bought and registered the apartment on June 30, 2024, for Rs 17.5 crore, jointly with his mother, Mala Tiwari.
The purchase included a stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000, along with two car parking spots.

As per SquareYards.com, the rental yield on Kartik's property is 3.1 per cent. This

adds to Kartik's real estate investments; in July 2023, his parents also bought a Rs 16.5 crore apartment in the same building.
