Katrina Kaif will return as Zoya in

Tiger 3

after a gap of six years. The makers of the film recently released her poster wherein she is seen in a black leather jumpsuit with one hand looped on a rope and firing a machine gun with the other. While the poster was appreciated by her fans, eagle eyed netizens questioned why Katrina looked like a cross between Scarlett Johanson’s Black Widow and Angelina Jolie’s Tomb Raider.

And we at ETimes bring to you the real reason behind Katrina's specialised look.

A source close to the film informs us that the character of Zoya has undergone several changes. Unlike the first two parts, where she has very minimal action sequences, in the third part Katrina is in a complete combat mode. She won't have one-two action set pieces sparingly peppered throughout the film, rather Katrina will be involved in daring stunts throughout the film. Her look has been prepared keeping the changes in the script and the characterization.

In fact Katrina also mentioned that she pushed her body to the limit as part of prep for Tiger 3. The actress had said, "I have put myself to the test in every film of

Spy Universe

. Tiger 3 is no exception. We wanted to take the action sequences to the next level this time and I have pushed my body to breaking point for the film and people will see that. Physically this has been my most challenging film yet. It is always exciting to do action and I have been a fan of the action genre like since forever. So, playing Zoya is a dream come true for me. Strong , gutsy, badass and no holds barred! I’m looking forward to the reaction of people when they see Zoya on screen. She is the yin to the yang of Tiger.”
