The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit card for PhD entrance exam 2023.
Candidates who have registered for the entrance exam to take admission into PhD programmes of Delhi University (DU), Jawaharlala Nehru University (JNU), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University Lucknow (BBAU), can download the admit card from the official website- https://phd-entrance.samarth.ac.in/.
To access your NTA PhD admit card, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your web browser and visit the official website of NTA Phd at phd-entrance.samarth.ac.in.
Step 2: Once on the homepage, locate and click on the 'NTA PhD admit card' tab.
Step 3: A login window will then appear on your screen.
Step 4: Enter your login credentials, including your Application number and Date of Birth, in the designated fields.
Step 5: After entering the details, click on the 'Submit' button, and your hall ticket will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Ensure to download the admit card and consider taking a printout for future reference and easy accessibility during the examination process.
After downloading the admit card, candidates ensure that their personal details are mentioned correctly on the downloaded admit card. If any discrepancy is found, candidates can reach out to the examination authority to correct the errors found in the downloaded admit card. Additionally, candidates must ensure that important documents that are required at the examination hall are carried by them, such as- government photo ID proof, admit card issued by the NTA, and copies of photographs.
According to the notice released, the admit card is issued provisionally, and is subject to meeting the eligibility conditions. The NTA PhD admit card will not be sent by post, and candidates will be able to download the document online from the official portal only. Additionally, candidates must refrain from altering any details on the admit card and ensure its preservation in good condition for future reference.
