Oppo launched the K12 in China last April, and a year later, the brand introduced the 's' model. However, the Oppo K12s isn't an entirely new smartphone. It's a version of the Oppo K13 introduced in India yesterday, but with NFC, more memory configurations, and an extra color option.

The Oppo K12s comes with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 SoC, a 6.67" 120Hz FullHD+ AMOLED screen, and a 7,000 mAh battery with 80W charging support. The smartphone runs Android 15-based ColorOS 15 out of the box, but it remains to be seen if it will get the same software support as the K13, which is two years of OS upgrades and three years of security updates.
