Post deleted! Kuldeep Yadav shares photos with fiancée Vanshika, later removes it

Indian cricketer Kuldeep Yadav, who recently got engaged to his childhood friend Vanshika, briefly shared a photo of the couple on Instagram before deleting it.The duo got engaged in a private ceremony in Lucknow on June 4, attended by close family and friends, including teammate Rinku Singh.

Vanshika, who works with LIC, hails from Shyam Nagar in Lucknow.

The engagement is a major personal milestone for Kuldeep as he gears up for India’s upcoming Test tour of England starting June 20. The wedding is expected to take place after the tour, likely in November.Kuldeep, the only specialist spinner in the squad, has bowled just nine overs in his sole Test appearance in England. Experts expect him to play a key role in the five-match series, especially with conditions at Birmingham, Lord’s, and The Oval likely to assist spin.Commenting on the intra-squad game, Kuldeep said: “The wickets are looking good for spinners. There was help for seamers early on, but spinners got into the game as it progressed.”He also reflected on the impact of R Ashwin’s retirement and praised his growing partnership with Ravindra Jadeja.“Playing alongside Jaddu bhai is an honour. I’m learning a lot from him about field placements, tactics, and bowling to specific batters.”
