After 18 years of waiting and numerous setbacks, Virat Kohli’s Royal Challengers Bengaluru has finally lifted the much-awaited IPL 2025 trophy today at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium. Glimpses of Virat crying and hugging his teammates went viral online, and now actress Preity Zinta is in the spotlight, as she was also seen looking emotional after her team, Punjab Kings, lost the IPL final.

In pictures recently shared online by fans of Punjab Kings, Preity Zinta was seen walking onto the ground to console her team members, visibly saddened by the defeat. It was a crucial match for both RCB and Punjab Kings, as both teams had waited 18 years to reach the IPL final, and it would have been the maiden title for either side. Preity, who was wearing a traditional white and red kurta, was seen approaching Shreyas Iyer with eyes red from emotion.

She appeared visibly disturbed and disappointed in the images.
