The Rajasthan BSTC (Basic School Teaching Certificate) 2025 results were officially declared on June 14, 2025, by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota. This year’s state-level Pre-D.El.Ed entrance exam was conducted on June 1 in two shifts, witnessing participation from over 5.49 lakh candidates out of approximately 6.05 lakh registered aspirants. The BSTC serves as the gateway for admission to the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education programme, spread across 377 institutions with about 25,977 seats available. Applicants can now access and download their scorecards on the official portal predeledraj2025.in using their roll number and date of birth.

Post‑result process: What comes next?

Candidates who have qualified will be able to participate in the counselling process online. Check different stages of counselling and admission below: 1. Counselling Registration: Qualified candidates must register for counselling online, and pay a Rs.

3,000 counselling fee via e-Mitra, bank transfer, card, or UPI.2. Choice Filling & Locking (During Registration Window): Once registered, candidates must fill in and lock their preferred institutions from the available list.3. First Seat Allotment: The first allotment list based on rank and choices will be published on the official website.4. Document Verification & Admission: After seat allotment, candidates are required to report to allotted institutions with verified documents (e.g., mark sheets, certificates, ID proof, caste/PWD certificate if applicable).

5. Subsequent Counselling Rounds (If Applicable): Any vacant seats will be filled in further rounds, following the same registration and choice–fill procedure.
