On June 16, Vishnu shared a picture with Rajinikanth on his X (formerly Twitter) handle and shared the exciting news. “Last night, @rajinikanth uncle watched #Kannappa. After the film, he gave me a tight hug. He told me that he loved #Kannappa. I’ve been waiting 22 years as an actor for that hug!!! Today, I feel encouraged. Humbled. Grateful. #Kannappa is coming on 27th June and I can’t wait for the world to feel the magic of Lord Shiva.

In the post, he added two pictures: one where he was posing with Rajinikanth, and the other featuring his father, actor Mohan Babu, having a great time with the ‘Jailer’ actor after watching the movie. The trio looked happy during their meeting.
