 'I don't relate...'

Rashmika Mandanna is experiencing a remarkable run of success. Her recent film, 'Chhaava', starring Vicky Kaushal, shattered multiple box office records. She has now teamed up with Salman Khan for the upcoming film 'Sikandar', directed by AR Murugadoss, which is scheduled for an Eid release on March 30, 2025.
Challenges and Competition
The actress remains courageous by competition in the South industry as she continues to take on new challenges. In a recent NDTV interview, she highlighted the importance of personal choices in her career. She mentioned, “I came across a quote that said, ‘What separates you as a star from an actor is the choices that you make.' I have chosen to explore different film industries—Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi—and I hope to work in Malayalam soon.” Rashmika emphasized her unique path, noting, “My decisions are my own, and I don't have a reference point since my journey is distinct. I'm from Coorg, started in Kannada, and moved to Tamil and Hindi. I take full responsibility for my choices and the future they bring.”
Perspectives on Competition

Mandanna began discussing competition, saying, "So I feel like the second you say competition, I don't relate to that because…". Salman Khan finished her thought, stating, "Everyone is doing their own work." He emphasized that competition helps you grow, saying, "Competition se hi aapka growth hota hai. You should work on yourself daily."
