RBSE releases revised schedule for cancelled Class 12th Business Studies paper: Check key details here

The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has released revised dates for the Class 12 Business Studies exam. The rescheduled exam will now take place on April 9. The previous exam was cancelled upon discovery that the question paper was identical to the one used last year. Approximately 30,000 Commerce Stream students appeared for the exam on March 22, 2025. The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, took to the social media handle X to inform about the release of new dates for the cancelled examination.

RBSE Class 12 Business Administration Exam Cancelled

The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) had cancelled the Class 12 Business Administration exam for the Commerce stream, which was conducted on March 22, 2025. The decision was taken after authorities discovered that the same question paper from the previous year had been mistakenly used due to the negligence of the paper setter. This incident is a serious breach of examination protocols, prompting the board to take strict action against those responsible.
Following the discovery of the repeated question paper, RBSE has launched an inquiry into the matter. Authorities have stated that disciplinary measures will be taken against the paper setter and any other individuals found responsible for the lapse. The board is also reviewing its examination procedures to prevent similar occurrences in the future, ensuring the integrity of the assessment process.

Revised exam dates for other subjects

In addition to the cancellation of the Business Administration exam, RBSE has rescheduled several other Class 12 board exams to avoid clashes with JEE Mains 2025 Session 2. The updated timetable is as follows:
