Samantha Ruth Prabhu tries out Cryotherapy

Samantha Ruth Prabhu

who made waves with acting in projects like Eega, Dookudu Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu , Attarintiki Daredi , Kaththi and The Family Man 2 is currently on a year long health break after she was diagnosed with a condition called Myositis, which is an autoimmune disorder.

The actress who has been concentrating on her health , recently shared a video of her trying out cryotherapy.

Cryotherapy

is a procedure that involves exposing the body to extremely cold temperatures for a brief period, sharing the video on her Instagram stories, she captioned it as “ Recovery”. She also shared a not on how cryotherapy helps an individual, it helps in stimulating the immune system, improves blood circulation and triggers release of hormones. A few months ago actor Anil Kapoor had shared his picture of trying Cryotherapy, as he was undergoing body transformation for his two films Animal and Fighter. In Fighter he plays a 45 year old Air Force Officer.

Naga Chaitanya

stirred rumors of reconciliation when he posted a photo featuring Hash, a dog he and Samantha acquired during their marriage. The image depicted Hash sitting in Chaitanya's lap in a car while they enjoyed a sunset. Chaitanya shared the photo with the caption "Vibe." Although it appears they are co-parenting their dogs, this picture triggered a wave of speculation about a possible reunion between Samantha and Chaitanya.But they were just rumours.
