show. In a viral clip circulating on social media, the actress was seen reacting strongly to certain food items, appearing nauseous, which led fans to believe she might be pregnant.
Social media users were quick to comment on the video. One user wrote, “I think she’s pregnant; this happens in early pregnancy,” while another added, “Is she expecting?”

Before welcoming their baby, Sania had expressed her desire to carry forward her family name. Speaking at a Gender Bias panel back in 2018, she shared, “My husband and I have decided that whenever we have a child, the child will have Mirza Malik as the surname and not just Malik.”
