Sophie deletes cryptic 'FEARLESS' post

broke her Instagram silence and did so with a post netizens think is a cryptic jibe at her estranged husband Joe Jonas, amidst their custody battle and divorce.
The actress on Monday shared her first Instagram Story since announcing her split. Interestingly, she shares a picture of a '

fearless

' bracelet on her wrist. The picture had many fans on social media wondering if it was a nod to her friend Taylor Swift, who has been helping her out during this difficult time.

'Fearless' was not just a Swift song, but also the title of her 2008 album.

Social media users also wondered if the Union Jack featured in the picture was in some way a cryptic post on the actress' intentions to raise her children in the UK. However, Sophie soon deleted the post.
Sophie and Joe are currently embroiled in a divorce battle that took a turn for the worse when the actress sued her estranged husband for witholding their daughters' passports, thus barring her from taking them back to the UK with her.

Lawyers for the estranged couple announced in a hearing last week that the couple is starting a four-day mediation to try to settle difficulties in their divorce and establish custody and a parenting plan for their two children, Willa, 3, and Delphine, 14 months.

Although Judge Katherine Polk Failla set a January 2 trial date, the mediation aims to solve many of Turner and Jonas custody issues.
In court, Turner's lawyer Stephen Cullen claimed that Jonas, 34, is asking for joint custody, saying that "what he was looking for is a 50-50." He added, "The parties are both seeing their children, which is what we all want."
The interim consent order states that Turner and Jonas were ordered to keep their kids in the Southern and Eastern districts of New York, which includes New York City, Long Island and the Hudson Valley.
