Suniel's b'day wishes for son-in-law, new dad KL Rahul

Indian cricketer KL Rahul has been receiving love and wishes from fans and family on his 33rd birthday today (April 18). His brother-in-law, Ahan Shetty, and father-in-law, actor Suniel Shetty, have now taken to their social media accounts to share heartfelt wishes for the cricketer.
Ahan posted a candid photo on Instagram Stories featuring himself, KL Rahul, and his father, Suniel Shetty. The trio looked elegant in coordinated pastel-coloured kurta sets. Ahan wrote, “Happy birthday, brother.”
Suniel Shetty also shared a heartfelt post using the same image. In the caption, he wrote, “Brother for Ahan, life partner for Tia, and a son for Mana and me. Wishing our most cherished gift a very, very happy birthday.”

KL Rahul and his wife, actress Athiya Shetty, announced the name of their newborn daughter on the occasion of his birthday. The couple introduced their baby girl as Evaarah, which translates to “gift of God.” In a joint Instagram post, the new parents shared an unseen glimpse of their little one. Rahul is seen holding their daughter while Athiya lovingly leans on him. The caption read: “Our baby girl, our everything. Evaarah/इवारा ~ Gift of God.”

KL Rahul and Athiya tied the knot in January 2023 at Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse in Khandala. The couple had announced their pregnancy in November 2024 and welcomed their daughter on March 24, 2025.

Meanwhile, Ahan Shetty, who made his debut with Tadap in 2021, is now gearing up for his second film — Border 2, directed by JP Dutta. The movie will also feature Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, and Diljit Dosanjh. Ahan is reportedly collaborating with director Shaad Ali.
