The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad, has officially released the provisional answer keys for the Telangana State Postgraduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET) today, June 17, 2025.
Along with the provisional answer key, the response sheets and question papers have also been made available on the official website, pgecet.tgche.ac.in. This release pertains to the TS PGECET 2025 examinations conducted on June 16. Candidates now have the opportunity to review their answers and raise objections, if any, until 5 PM on June 19, 2025.The TS PGECET 2025 is being conducted from June 16 to June 19 for admission into postgraduate engineering, technology, architecture, and pharmacy courses across colleges in Telangana.
The exams are being held in multiple shifts, and the current answer key applies to both the forenoon and afternoon sessions held on the first day.
TS PGECET 2025 answer key: Score calculation and marking scheme
Candidates can estimate their probable scores using the provisional answer key. The process involves steps as given here:Step 1. Download the TS PGECET 2025 answer key from the official website, pgecet.tgche.ac.in. Step 2. Compare the key with your responses.Step 3. Calculating the number of correct answers.
Step 4. Using the formula: Expected Marks = Number of Correct Answers × 1.As per the official marking scheme, each correct answer carries one mark. Importantly, there is no negative marking for incorrect responses. TS PGECET 2025 answer key: Subjects and access to provisional keys
The provisional answer keys have been issued for several subjects including Electrical Engineering (EE), Food Technology (FT), Aerospace Engineering (AS), Geo-Engineering and Geo-Informatics (GG), Pharmacy, and various other engineering disciplines.
Candidates who appeared for any of these subject papers can log in to the official TS PGECET portal to access their individual response sheets, the relevant question paper, and the provisional answer key.
TS PGECET 2025 answer key: How to raise objections
Candidates unsatisfied with any of the provisional answers can raise objections by clicking on the link to raise objections and selecting the question they wish to challenge. The objection window will remain open until 5 PM on June 19.

TS PGECET 2025 answer key: What’s next?
After the objection period concludes, JNTU Hyderabad will evaluate the challenges submitted and release the final answer key.
