, the valiant son of the great Maratha ruler Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, is all set to hit theatres on February 14. Ahead of its much-anticipated release, the makers hosted a grand screening for the film industry, attended by several Bollywood celebrities.
Vicky Kaushal made a striking appearance alongside his wife, Katrina Kaif. The couple looked stunning together as they posed for the paparazzi. Vicky exuded regal charm in a black Jodhpuri suit, paired with a neatly styled moustache, while Katrina looked resplendent in a sheer light blue saree adorned with intricate floral embroidery. Their poised and comfortable body language was a sight to behold, capturing attention from the attendees and the media alike.

The screening also witnessed the presence of Vicky’s family, including his parents, Sham Kaushal and Veena Kaushal, along with his brother, actor Sunny Kaushal. Katrina’s sister, Isabelle Kaif, also graced the occasion. Sunny’s rumored girlfriend, actress Sharvari Wagh, added glamour to the evening in a stunning pink dress.

Other notable attendees included filmmaker Anand Tiwari, known for directing Bandish Bandits and its sequel, who was seen with his wife, actor Angira Dhar. Director Amar Kaushik, best known for Stree and its upcoming sequel Stree 2, was also present at the screening, adding to the star power of the night.

Directed by Laxman Utekar, Chhaava showcases Vicky Kaushal in the role of the fearless Maratha warrior Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, who ascended the throne after his father's demise. The actor, often hailed as the 'National Crush,' underwent intense physical training to perfect his physique and appearance for the role. Speaking about his preparations, Vicky admitted that despite pushing his limits, he still feels that embodying such a strong historical personality required even more effort. He also emphasized that the action sequences in the film are "real and raw."

Ahead of the film’s release, Vicky Kaushal visited Mahakumbh 2025 in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, where he took a holy dip at Triveni Sangam, the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers. Expressing his gratitude, the actor shared, "I am feeling good. I was waiting to visit Mahakumbh. I am fortunate as I got the opportunity to come here."

Chhaava also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Akshaye Khanna in pivotal roles and promises a gripping cinematic experience. With its powerful storytelling, stellar performances, and grand visuals, the film is poised to leave a lasting impact on audiences nationwide.
