released on 5th September and in its 8 day first week, the film was able to mint only Rs 11.3 crore, failing to cross Rs 1 crore mark on all the 4 weekdays. In comparison to his last released film Leo: Bloody Sweet, GOAT trails it in a big way as Lokesh’s directorial venture minted about Rs 16.65 crore in its 8 day week.
The Greatest of All Time features Vijay in a dual role, and a star-studded cast of Prashanth,
Prabhu Deva
, and Meenakshi Chaudhary. It is the penultimate film for Vijay who will soon be taking a jump into the world of politics, he’s already formed his party and launched its flag and logo with Election Commision recognizing it as a political party on Saturday.
Vijay is all set to announce his last film on Friday evening, which will be directed by H Vinoth. The makers released a special clip to announce the same .
