VIT 2024: The Vellore Institute of Technology has started the online registration for VITEEE 2024. Interested candidates can apply for the Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) through the official website at viteee.vit.ac.in.
As per the schedule, the last date to register for the VITEEE 2024 is March 30, 2024. The exam is tentatively scheduled to be conducted on April 19 to 30, 2024.

The result is likely to be declared on May 03, 2024.
Important Dates

Age Limit
Applicants whose date of birth falls on or after July 01, 2002, are eligible to apply for VITEEE 2024.
Qualifying Examination
Students seeking admission to the undergraduate engineering program must have either finished their high school studies or be in the process of completing them by the year 2024.
If applicants have completed their 12th-grade exams in a foreign country or from a board that's not mentioned, they need a certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) stating that their exams are equal to the 12th-grade, including conversion of their grades/CGPA into a percentage.

For those applying for the Undergraduate Engineering program in 2024, they must have attained at least a 60% combined score in Physics, Chemistry, and either Mathematics or Biology during their high school exams.

Selection Criteria
Selection will be based on the rank secured through CBT (Computer Based Test) VITEEE 2024. Candidates who are chosen can join an online discussion based on how they're ranked. They can choose their preferred campus, program, and fee category. The allocation will depend on how well their rank matches the options available. Those with a rank up to 100,000 can take part in the discussion for Vellore and Chennai campuses.
