VITREE 2025 Registration: The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has officially opened the registration for the Vellore Institute of Technology Research Entrance Examination (VITREE) 2025. Interested candidates can complete the registration form on the official website, admissions.vit.ac.in. The last date to apply is November 25, 2024.
VITREE is conducted for admission into various PhD and Direct PhD programs offered by the VIT group of institutions.
As per the official schedule, the VITREE 2025 examination is set to take place on December 7, 2024. Candidates who successfully pass the entrance test will be called for a personal interview round, scheduled for December 14, 2024. The results of the VITREE 2025 will be announced on December 20, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria for VITREE 2025
For the PhD program, applicants must possess a Master’s degree in engineering or technology in a relevant field, with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale. For Direct PhD admission, candidates need a minimum of 75% marks or a CGPA of 7.5 in their Bachelor’s degree. For a PhD in architecture and planning, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in architecture or planning and a Master's degree in a relevant field with at least 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5.
The VITREE 2025 will be a computer-based exam conducted in English, comprising 100 multiple-choice questions with no negative marking.
