In a throwback interview with Navodaya Times, Ajay Devgn humorously suggested that Tabu might be looking for someone like him, but jokingly noted that such a person doesn't exist. He initially teased that Tabu wants him, but quickly clarified that she seeks a friend with qualities similar to his, emphasizing that there's no one else quite like him.

Tabu responded with a playful nod, saying, “Exactly, main samajh gayi meri jaan (I understood),” and affectionately kissed his hand.
