When Big B's emotions ran high at Navya's convocation

Nanda, recently announced in an Instagram post that she will be joining

IIM Ahmedabad

to pursue a BPGP MBA for the next two years. This exciting news has garnered her appreciation and love from several celebrities and fans alike.
Back in May 2020,

Navya

graduated from Fordham University in New York, and she had participated in a virtual graduation ceremony due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The ceremony was broadcast online, allowing the entire Bachchan family to come together from different parts of the world to celebrate Navya's achievement.
In a heartfelt blog post, grandfather Amitabh Bachchan expressed the emotions he felt during his granddaughter's

convocation

. He wrote, "...broadcast on a TV link it gathered the entire family together as Navya's name was read out to celebratory cheer and celebration .. family that was in different parts of the world were all simultaneously connected , and ne'er was it felt that we were hundreds of miles apart."
The veteran actor emphasized how the virtual ceremony brought the family closer despite the physical distance. He added, "emotions ran high .. as brothers sisters mothers fathers grand fathers and grand mothers cousins and aunts, all toasted to the little one , who was just born the other day here in this very house as a baby in a cot.. time has flown by .. this one perhaps more speedily than any other."

The actor's blog post highlighted the pride and joy he felt as a grandfather watching Navya grow into a successful young woman. He wrote, "So proud of you NAVYA .. god bless .. such a positive and happy attitude .. LOVE YOU".
Navya's graduation was also celebrated by other family members, including her uncle Abhishek Bachchan. He had congratulated her on Instagram, saying, "God bless you! Can't wait to see what you have in store for the world."
As Navya embarks on her next academic journey at IIM Ahmedabad, the Bachchan family continues to support and celebrate her achievements.
