From zombie entertainer Train to Busan to dark fantasy Hellbound and exorcism drama The Guest… take a look at some hellish Koeran dramas that will give you the chills this Halloween season.

This epic entertainer released in 2016 and starred Gong Yoo, Jung Yu-mi, Ma Dong-seok, Kim Su-an, Choi Woo-shik, Ahn So-hee and Kim Eui-sung. It was set against the backdrop of a zombie apocalypse and threatens the safety of passengers traveling in a train. It was one of the highest grossing films and achieved a lot of global acclaim too upon its release on OTT.

This Korean drama is based on a webtoon by the same name and is set in 2022, supernatural entities arrive to condemn individuals to the depths of Hell. Yoo Ah-in, Kim Hyun-joo, Park Jeong-min, Won Jin-ah and Yang Ik-june played the leads in this drama. A second season of this popular drama is in the works.

This thriller narrated the journey of three individuals: a psychic, a Catholic priest, and a skeptical detective. They unite to fight demonic possessions and unravel perplexing crimes. Kim Dong-wook, Kim Jae-wook, and Jung Eun-chae essayed the lead in this 2018 drama which had an enthralling storyline and eerie ambiance. The Guest offered a one-of-a-kind blend of crime, horror, and the supernatural themes.

This 2020 series narrates the story of a psychic girl who has the power to induce death by using names, photos and personal belongings. She joins forces with a righteous investigative journalist who is determined to expose the extensive malevolence concealed within a powerful IT conglomerate.
