Sean 'Diddy' Combs' accused of kidnapping and plotting to KILL Kid Cudi over Cassie romance

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing explosive new allegations in his ongoing federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial, with a former top aide testifying that the music mogul once kidnapped her at gunpoint and also threatened to kill rapper Kid Cudi.Capricorn Clark, who served as global brand director for Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment, took the stand on Tuesday, delivering emotional and disturbing testimony about her experiences working under Combs. Her statements support prosecutors’ claims that Combs led a two-decade criminal enterprise fuelled by intimidation, violence, and fear.Clark described an incident from December 2011, in which Combs allegedly stormed into her home with a gun, demanding that she accompany him on a mission to “kill Cudi.” The rapper, whose legal name is Scott Mescudi, had reportedly been dating Cassie (Casandra Ventura), Combs’ then-girlfriend. Clark said that Diddy forced her into a black Cadillac Escalade and drove to Cudi’s Los Angeles residence with his bodyguard. From the vehicle, she recalled calling Cassie, warning her, “Stop him, he’s going to get himself killed.” Inside the house, Combs and his bodyguard allegedly confronted Cudi, after which, he instructed her to convince the rapper that it was all a misunderstanding, threatening, “If you don’t convince him of that I’ll kill all you [expletive].”

Clark testified that she and Cassie later visited Cudi’s home in an attempt to dissuade him from filing a police report. But the violence escalated further when Combs assaulted Cassie outside his own home, kicking her “with 100% full force” as she lay in a fetal position, crying silently. Clark said she was devastated but did not intervene, nor did the bodyguard. The testimony was met with an objection from Combs’ legal team, and Judge Arun Subramanian instructed jurors to disregard that specific account of the assault.Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, challenged Clark’s version of events, highlighting inconsistencies and her admission that some details were hazy due to the passage of time. Agnifilo also questioned her continued association with Combs, noting that even after these alleged incidents, she considered returning to work for him as chief of staff in 2023. Clark also described a disturbing pattern of control and psychological abuse during her employment from 2004 to 2018.

On her very first day, she said, Combs threatened her life after learning she had previously worked with other artists. “If that becomes a problem, I’ll have to kill you.”In another incident, she said that she was subjected to repeated lie detector tests over a missing piece of diamond jewellery. A man “five times” her size allegedly warned her, “If you fail this test, they’re going to throw you in the East River.”

These latest revelations come on the heels of Cudi’s own testimony, in which he confirmed he had a brief relationship with Cassie in late 2011, believing she had ended things with Combs.
