According to TMZ, the couple did not have a prenuptial agreement, which could make way for a cout battle.
The filing comes just hours after PK was seen sharing a kiss with model and reality TV personality Shana Wall, also known for her stint on the reality series, The Amazing Race. The pair were seen embracing outside Cipriani’s in Beverly Hills on Thursday night.

The divorce filing comes nearly a year after Dorit and PK had announced their separation in May 2024 via a joint statement, citing ongoing struggles in their marriage. According to Page Six, the statement read, “We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together,” the couple shared at the time, adding that they had made a “mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart.”
Those keeping up with the reality show will know that their marital issues have played out on Season 14 of RHOBH, where Dorit previously denied that infidelity had played a role in the separation. “There was no catastrophic event. No one cheated on anyone,” she said during the season premiere. She also claimed that they had mutually decided to part ways.
However, Dorit has been candid about deeper issues in the relationship, calling it “very toxic” and revealing that PK struggled with alcohol abuse which had "gotten progressively worse."
