Now, as per the latest report by News 18, Ranveer’s fans need to wait a little longer before they can finally see him in the avatar of Don as its

shoot

has been further

postponed

The report stated that Farhan Akhtar intends to honor his commitment to '

120 Bahadur

' before starting work on his own directorial project. Since filming for '120 Bahadur' is expected to take a few months, Farhan has decided to delay the first schedule of 'Don 3' by four months, with production now slated to begin around May or June next year. Additionally, Ranveer Singh is currently concentrating on Aditya Dhar's upcoming untitled directorial project.
Reportedly, Farhan Akhtar stepped away from Aamir Khan’s sports drama 'Champions' due to his commitment to 'Don 3'. Champions was initially set to begin filming in October 2023 but was later postponed to January 2024. As this new schedule conflicted with the pre-production work for 'Don 3', Farhan chose to exit the project.

Recently, Farhan took to his Instagram handle and announced that he will be seen playing the role of Major Shaitan Singh PVC in a film titled '120 Bahadur'. For the unversed, the battle, led by Major Shaitan Singh, who will be portrayed by Farhan Akhtar in 120 Bahadur, tells the story of 120 Indian soldiers from Charlie Company 13 Kumaon who faced nearly 5,000 Chinese soldiers.
On the other hand, Farhan’s 'Jee Le Zaraa', a film-themed on female friendships and an all-girls road trip, starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt, which was scheduled to kick-start in 2022 has also been pushed.
