As reported by Us Weekly, according to court documents, Jackson alleged that Turner-Smith moved their five-year-old daughter Juno to a different school without consulting him.Jackson, 46, stated in the documents that Turner-Smith believes it is “no big deal to force Juno to start over with a new school.”

He also raised concerns that “Jodie is attempting to create a scenario where Juno travels with her rather than attending a traditional school.”Seeking stability for JunoIn response, Jackson is asking the court to keep Juno enrolled at her current school for the next year. He’s also requesting that both parents must approve any future changes to her schooling together, ensuring decisions are made jointly.This legal move comes not long after Jackson and Turner-Smith finalised their divorce.
