Catherine Zeta-Jones teases the new season to be "bigger and more twisted" than anybody could have ever imagined; this will be a clue towards even more intense and thrilling affairs with the popular characters of the

Addams Family

. The clip ends up with Jenna Ortega wholly in character as Wednesday, delivering a chilling voiceover. "If we showed you any more, your eyes would bleed, and I'm not that generous," says she, adding a mysterious, eerie tone to the teaser.

No plotlines yet, but certainly, the BTS footage has everyone itching for what's in store for them. Production assures another exciting and darker season that will exceed the first season, which hooked with its unusual mix of humor, mystery, and all the signature Addams Family charm.
Given that production of the second season is already underway, looks like fans will have to wait a little longer before realizing the release date, but this teaser already gives anticipation a boost. For now, viewers can expect more twists and turns in the next chapter of Wednesday Addams' story.
