Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone
are not letting trolls and nasty rumours get between them.
The star couple, who has been under scrutiny since their surprising confessions on Karan Johar's show, Koffee With Karan Season 8, was spotted on a quick and quiet trip to Delhi on Saturday. After wrapping up their commitments, the stars, dressed in contrasting tones of black and white, were spotted arriving at Mumbai's Kalina airport in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The couple was photographed looking cheery as they arrived in the city. While Ranveer was grinning from ear-to-ear, Deepika could be seen smiling and chatting away. What melted hearts was the couple's public display of affection. Ranveer was seen playing the doting husband, holding his wife's hand and leading her to their waiting car. The hunk proved that chivalry is not dead as he held the door open for his lady love and waited till she was seated in the car, before taking his place.
While in the car, Deepika was seen wrapping her hand around Ranveer's arm and continuing their conversation.
The couple was plagued with divorce rumours and intense scrutiny after many assumed that Deepika confirmed that she and Ranveer were in an 'open relationship' before tying the knot.
On the work front, fans will get to see the two share the screen once again in Rohit Shetty's upcoming cop universe.
