Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif have moved to a luxury apartment after they got married. The couple's sea-facing apartment is in Mumbai's posh Juhu locality where the montly rent starts with Rs ₹17.01 lakh. Now as per a latest report, Vicky Kaushal has renewed the lease for his apartment and this lease agreement is for three years, and this three-year transaction was registered in April 2025.
According to the property registration documents renewed by Square Yards and reported by Hindustan Times, this lease agreement includes a rent of Rs 17.01 lakh for the first and second years, and increases to Rs. 17.86 lakh in the final year. Thus, as per the tenure of this lease agreement, the total rent of three years by Kaushal will be Rs 6.2 crore. The previous lease agreement which was signed in July 2021 had a montly rent of Rs 8 lakh as per this same analysis.
For those not in the know, this apartment of Vicky is located in Raj Mahal. This apartment spans a carpet area of 258.48 sq. m. (~2,781.83 sq. ft.). The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs. 1.69 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 1,000. This agreement also provides exclusive rights to three car parking spaces, along with a security deposit of ₹1.75 crore.
On work front, Vicky's last film was 'Chhaava' which has crossed Rs 600 crore at the box office. The film saw Vicky play the role of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. It was directed by Laxman Utekar and also starred Akshaye Khanna and Laxman Utekar. The film recently released on OTT and got a lot of love from the audience.
